Getting all transactions accounted for keeps your financial data accurate and up-to-date, vipremontllc. I'll walk you through the process of making sure that all of them are downloaded in QuickBooks Online.
Before we begin, could you please confirm whether you've only added the bank account to your chart of accounts? Please note that while this is a necessary step, it doesn't automatically trigger the import or display of your transactions in QuickBooks Online.

To automatically sync transactions, you'll need to establish a connection with your actual bank. Let me show you how:
Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
If the account is already connected but does not show any transactions, let's do a manual update to resync the account. Here's how:
Once done, go back to the For review tab to check if the transactions are now showing up.
