Buy nowWelcome to the Community, @heather97. I'm here to help you find the missing transactions in your QuickBooks Online account.
If you are referring to your bank statement, when you first connect your bank to QuickBooks Online, please know that it can track transactions from the previous 90 days.
And for QuickBooks bank register, make sure to set the filter to All. See the screenshot below:
If you want to upload the transactions from January to April 2022, you’ll have to upload them manually into your company to accomplish this task.
To avoid duplication, you must know the date of the oldest existing entry in the account before completing this step. Once you have determined that you may obtain the transactions for the aforementioned period, check with your financial institution (FI).
Download them using a CSV file if they are able to provide the bank information. When you have all the data ready, import it by following the instructions below.
For more details, see the following article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. It includes instructions to bring your bank data if the account is not connected to the bank feeds.
Additionally, the links below contain solutions to resolve uploading bank transactions issues. Also, learn about the support CSV file format and steps to classify transactions.
Reach out to me again if you have other banking concerns. I’ll be around to assist further. Have a great rest of the day.
