It's my priority to ensure you're able to delete the duplicate transactions, twhewell.

We can either undo the transactions in the Categorized tab and then exclude them. There's also the option to delete them in Bank Register. I'll show you how.

Delete the transactions on the Banking menu:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the correct account, then click on the Categorized tab.
  3. Locate the duplicates, then click Undo.
  4. Once done, go to the For review tab.
  5. Place a checkmark on the transactions, then click on Exclude.
  6. Go to the Excluded tab, then place a checkmark on the duplicates,
  7. After that, click Delete.

Delete the transactions on the Accounting menu:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the correct account, then click on View Register.
  3. Locate each transaction, then click on it.
  4. Once done, click Delete, then Yes.

Also, please ensure the transactions aren't reconciled yet. This is to prevent messing up your books.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you match your QuickBooks account to your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an Account in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep us posted on your progress in deleting the duplicate transactions, twhewell. I'm determined to get this resolved.
