Greetings, @crevistonconstru.
Thanks for posting in the Community. I'm here to share some information about depositing money to your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Just to clarify, when you say "money from quick books deposit", are you referring to the payments from the Undeposited Funds account and then depositing them to your bank? If so, here's how to do it:
1. Click the Plus icon at the upper right and pick Bank Deposit under Other column.
2. On the Account drop-down, select the bank account where you want to deposit the money.
3. On the Received From section, choose the customer who made the payment, then Save and close.
I also added some sample screenshots for your guide.
That's it! Please let me know how it goes or if you're referring to something else in the comment section below. I'd be glad to answer should you have any follow-up questions. Take care always!
I did that but it's been 5 days and it still hasn't been deposited into my bank account although it looks like it was on the quickbooks site. Help?
Thanks for joining the thread, @Randy davis. I'm here to share information on how we can resolve your concern.
In QuickBooks Online, the first few payments for new QuickBooks Payments users take longer to process since we have to set everything up. Also, deposit times vary depending on the product and payment method. Credit card payment deposits take one to two business days. On the other hand, the credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take five business days.
Since it's already been five days and you haven't received the deposits, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they'll be able to securely pull up your account to investigate further about the issue and guide you with the resolution process.
Here's how:

At this point I feel like y’all will not return my money. We have spoken to about 20 different people. We have spent hours and hours on phone and they tell me I have received no payments yet all my customers have had the money drafted from them. This has been going on for about 2 months.
Hello @Randy davis,
I would also feel the same about having issues taking back funds deposited into my account. I know how this problem affects you and your business since it's going on for two months already.
I want to be one to assist you with the payments drafted from your customers. However, we have limited tools in this public space to check accounts and verify the issue about the funds.
For now, I recommend checking the Merchant Service Center for new requests. This way, our team can move forward and get this issue resolved on your behalf.
Here's how you can reach them:
Also, deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the payment type. To learn more about the Standard deposits process and Next-day deposit, you can visit this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
I'll keep an eye on this thread to ensure you'll be able to get your funds. If you have additional concerns or questions, let me know by clicking the Reply button. Have a great day.
But I have. Merchant Services is about half of the people I have spoke with. They say I don’t have an account. Quickbooks Online says nothing shows up for payments but I have invoiced customers and they paid from that invoice and it showed up on my phone app as “not deposited” money but Quickbooks can’t seem to find it. I have payment ID numbers and authorization codes for each transaction. Each time we talk they say there is no trace of the payments but they had to go somewhere. They left my customers account.
