I'll lend you a hand with removing duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mikaylavmarston.
It's best to get your bank statement available in hand before you proceed. This way, you have a reference when you check for duplicate transactions. When ready, follow the steps below:
- Highlight the Accounting tab, then select Chart of Accounts.
- Locate the bank account in question, then click its View register link.
- Compare your bank statement to your bank register.
- If you find a duplicate transaction, tap on it.
- Press the Delete button.
Repeat the same steps above until all duplicate transactions are no more.
