How do i unlink a bank account?

Unlinking your bank account in QuickBooks Online is just a breeze. You've got me here to help you succeed.

Before you unlink the bank account make sure to add and match all the pending transactions in the Banking page. Know that disconnecting the automatic online banking updates will delete any transactions in the For Review tab.

Once done, let's go ahead and unlink the account:

1. Go to Banking on the left pane and refer to the Banking section, 
2. Choose the account you want to remove, and then click the Edit icon.
3. Click Edit account info.
4.  In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account on save. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
5. Then, click Save and Close.
