After uploading receipts, they can be downloaded one at a time or in bulk.
Here's how to export a single receipt:
1. Use your Gear (⚙) icon and go to Attachments.
2. Locate a record, then click Download in its Action column.
3. The document will open in a new window. You can save a copy to your computer by right-clicking it and selecting Save As....
There's also tools for exporting multiple records at once:
1. After accessing your Attachments screen, tick each checkbox for the receipts you'd like to export.
2. Click the Batch actions ▼ drop-down menu.
3. Select Export.
4. A ZIP file will be downloaded to your computer containing each receipt.
