It's great to see you in the Community space, weaves1962. Deleting a bank account is unavailable, but I can share different ways to disconnect it.
If you've connected your bank account to QuickBooks Online, you can unlink it from the Banking page. Follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Transactions menu and select the Banking tab.
2. Choose the tile for the bank account, then the pencil icon, and pick Edit account info.
3. Click the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
4. Hit Save and Close.
Please be informed that the transactions in the For review tab won't be available anymore. You'll also be unable to download those transactions more than 90 days old when you reconnect. For more details, refer to this article: Disconnect accounts connected to online banking in QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can do so from the Chart of Accounts. I'll show you how:
1. Select the Accounting menu on the left pane and then Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the bank account you want to delete from the list.
3. Press the Action drop-down, and click Make inactive.
4. Tap Yes to confirm.
See this guide to organize accounts while keeping past transaction data for reporting purposes: Make an account inactive on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.
