I am only seeing transaction data for 5 months out of 2023 instead of all 12. I tried to import the data as per instructions but it says 'fail' ever time I try. Help!

First, let's access your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

Etsy sync refuses to update with the refresh, it says it's integrated but there hasn't been any actual download of data in a while and when I refresh, it updates paypal only but not etsy info. This program is marketed as compatible with Etsy so it should work and was working previously.   I have tried this on multiple browsers.  How can this be fixed please?
