Mostly, when your default browser is full of temporary internet files and cookies, it can cause browser-related problems that can be fixed through clearing its cache.
We can use a private or incognito window to identify this issue. Here's how:
If it did, go back to the regular browser, then follow the steps to clear the cache. However, if the issue persists, try using another supported, up-to-date browser.
