I am reconciling my account and it seems there was an update. What is the new process to exclude transactions? The check boxes are gone to remove transactions.

I am reconciling my account and it seems there was an update. What is the new process to exclude transactions? The check boxes are gone to remove transactions.

Thanks for visiting the Community, @kilpopmedia. We don't receive any updates about the new process to exclude transactions. 

 

Mostly, when your default browser is full of temporary internet files and cookies, it can cause browser-related problems that can be fixed through clearing its cache. 

 

We can use a private or incognito window to identify this issue. Here's how: 

 

  1. Launch Google Chrome as your regular browser. 
  2. Press these keys together, CTRL+SHIFT+N.
  3. Log in to your QuickBooks account, and check to see if the checkboxes are now available. 

 

If it did, go back to the regular browser, then follow the steps to clear the cache. However, if the issue persists, try using another supported, up-to-date browser
