Good News! You can pay your bills online with QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can do the task using the web version of QBO. With your mobile app or phone, you can only use the Expense feature to record or pay your bills.
With Bill Pay, you can integrate the app to QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced to pay, track, and manage bills right inside the software.

I can do all that through my phone on the web version of QB online but at the end “send payment” button won’t show on the screen for some reason

If you already signed up for Online Bill Pay and still can't access the Send a Payment page, try to perform some browser troubleshooting. Issues in the program are sometimes affected by the data accumulated in the cache.
Open a private window and see if the error appears there. Incognito mode will not save history, which makes it a great place to test for caching problems.
You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts to launch a private window on different browsers:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you can see the details on the report, go back to regular browsing then clear the browser's cache. This method removes the cache history to start with a clean slate.

Did all that, nothing different. There is no “send payment” button at the end. Contacted your customer service yesterday. They gave me online bill pay customer service number. It is disconnected. I need to have this working on your web site through my phone or iPad. I take it it is not working on the app, which is very strange. Otherwise, will go back to Bill.com as a separate service, the way I had it before, everything works on their app, which is crazy as you guys have it powered by Bill.com
