In the meantime, I'm including the steps for reaching the Desktop Support team:
- Open your QuickBooks software.
- Select Help, and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of what you're needing assistance with and select Continue.
- Choose the desired support option.
