I can't get in touch with Intuit support, is anyone else having this problem?

To ensure that I provide you the best resolution, could you please let me know what happens when you try to contact them? It would be helpful to know if you're receiving an error, for example. 

In the meantime, I'm including the steps for reaching the Desktop Support team:

1. Open your QuickBooks software.
2. Select Help, and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief description of what you're needing assistance with and select Continue.
5. Choose the desired support option.
