In the meantime, let's access your QuickBooks Self-Employed account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.

Once signed in, reconnect your business account. If you're able to do so, I'd suggest clearing your browser's cache. This helps remove its stored cache so QuickBooks can perform efficiently.
In case the private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
