Thank you for reaching out to us,@Khiggins1105.

I'll be glad to help you with your bank deposit concern.

Usually, this is what most users encounter when they're unable to see the bottom part of the page.

The zoom function settings can easily be activated to fix this issue. You can change the resolution on the monitors and font sizes.

You can also check how to set up bank feeds to existing QuickBook accounts for more information about bank deposits.

We're always here in the Community to help if you have other questions related to QuickBooks. Stay safe!

Welcome to the Community, Khiggins1105.

Before adjusting any Windows settings, I'd recommend changing your display setup in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Open the Windowws Start menu.
  3. Enter "QuickBooks" in your search field, then right-click the QuickBooks icon.
  4. Choose Open file location.
  5. Right-click QuickBooks.exe and pick Properties.
  6. Access your Compatibility tab.
  7. Tick the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings, Change high DPI settings, and Override high DPI scaling behavior checkboxes.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Select OK.

Once you're finished, open your books and look for display issues. If you still can't see the save button, you'll want to adjust your view preferences next.

I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
