I can provide some insights on ho to manage your data if you need to keep only one QuickBooks account.
Before you discontinue the service, you will need a third-party app to transfer the data. We currently don't have a direct tool to transfer data between QuickBooks Online accounts. Consider checking our third-party tools that handles data transfer between QBO.
