I had an account in 2018 and canceled the account can I pull up that info now?

Thanks for visiting us here today, @reese737.

I have some information about canceled accounts. Once your account is canceled, your data will be available in read-only access for 1 year from the date of cancellation.

Since your account is already beyond the 1 year read-only period, pulling it up isn't possible. Your accounting info will be deleted after one year. You can still re-subscribe with the same sign-in info. However, your accounting data won't be there.

For more information, please check out this guide: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

In case you want to re-subscribe, click this link to go to our webpage and choose plans suitable for your business.

Let me know if you still have questions about your account. I'm always here to assist you further. Take care and have a great rest of the week.
