I have a deposit that failed to be deposited to my account, I already updated my bank account however the deposit hasn't came through yet, are there any solutions?

Normally, funds are expected to reach your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. The actual timeframe may vary depending on the following factors:

 

  • The time of day you enter transactions
  • Your bank's verification and processing procedures for electronic deposits
  • The financial institution you choose for deposits

 

Approximately, the wait time for credit card payments to be transferred to your bank is 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days. I'd suggest checking the status of processed payments by following these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

 

If there's a problem with the payment, it might not appear in a daily deposit. If this was the case, Intuit will send you an email. If you're not seeing any messages from us, please check your email settings.

 

If the payment still hasn't been deposited within the expected timeframe, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team. They can assess your account and investigate any reasons behind deposit delays.
