In QuickBooks, aside from your payroll monthly subscription, you'll also be charged for every active employee per month.
Also, we will send you an email that has the breakdown of your bills. We can verify what we are being charged with through this email.
However, if you want someone to discuss your billing, you can reach out to our Payroll Support team. I'll show you how:
- From the ? Help icon, click Contact Us.
- Enter Payroll billing inquiries as your keyword.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select either Message an Agent or Get a callback from us.
