This summer I was told to refresh.
Then I was told to link my bank account again.
Then I was told to open an incognito window. Log in and readd bank account.
Then today I was told to try uploading a CVS document. Which my techie husband helped me with. And we received an error message saying QB already had these transactions...But they are missing from my transaction list and my 2020 income is not correct at all.
313 missing transactions from Feb 22nd to the summer.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @jennlowetherapy.
Since the bank transactions are still missing after following those steps you've shared, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps to fix this for you.
You can refer to this article for the detailed steps on how to reach them: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
I'm also adding this article that tackles manually adding bank transactions to QBSE: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please let me know how the call goes or if you have any other concerns. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
