I have two weeks of transactions that did not upload from the bank. Should I just manually enter those? What is the best way to do that?

Hi there, @prolawnandlandsc.

I'm here to help you bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Once you've connected a bank account into QuickBooks, for the most financial institution, QBO automatically downloads your transaction data each night. In addition, you also have the option to manually update your account to add any transactions that have cleared since the last automatic download.

Therefore, we'll need to update your bank manually to show/bring the transactions into QuickBooks. To update your bank manually:

  1. Go to Banking at the left pane.
  2. Select Banking beside Bank Rules.
  3. On the Banking page, select Update. QuickBooks Online updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. If you only want to update some accounts, select the unwanted ones to exclude them from the update and select Update Now.

For additional reference, you may check this article: Manually update bank accounts.

If this behavior persists, you can manually bring in those transactions by uploading a webconnect file. This is a file from your bank that contains your transactions. Please check this article for the detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have any other banking concerns by dropping a comment below. Take care always.

If your bank supports SlickConnect, utilize the trial period of it.
