Hello there,

 

You may double-check your transactions if you receive something like that. It could be your customer paid you many times.

 

On the other hand, your security and keeping your account safe is one of our top priorities. You'll want to check and confirm if it comes from Intuit. Emails from Intuit always come from an email address with the domain @intuit.com. To quickly identify them, you can check this article for the list of official email communication from usOfficial email communication from Intuit Payments.

 

If it is from Intuit, I suggest contacting our Payments Support Team. It allows them to look into your account and confirm the problem.

 

If it is the other way around, we have a website where you can report phishing emails and other security issues. Here are tips on how to spot suspicious emails:  

 

  • We will never ask for your personal information in an email
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

 

These are the steps to report it:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.

Hi James,

 

We haven't been double paid. The transactions are noted as deposited in the Merchant Service Center too. The domain is confirmed.

 

The Payments Support team is closed on weekends, but I'm being emailed that funds will be returned tomorrow (Sunday)
