To narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior, let's log in to your account via a private window and perform the task there. This window doesn't save the browsing activities of the local device.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to help you open a private window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Mozilla: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works well, go back to the original browser and clear the cache. Clearing the cache would delete the internet files that might be causing unexpected behavior. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
