Thanks for contacting the QuickBooks Community, g-cody-weber.

When reconciling bank account in QuickBooks Online, compare the transactions in QuickBooks with the ones on your bank account, so you'd able to reconcile.

On the Reconcile page, you'll see all the transactions that you've entered into QuickBooks for the selected period. Using your bank statement, tick off all the transactions in QuickBooks, that is listed on your statement.

Once the process is done, you'd now able to reconcile.

For further help when reconciling, you can take a look at these articles:

So the issue is that I have gone through both the QB Bank register page and compared it to my bank statement AND the reconciling report page to compare it and all the transactions align but it will not equal zero. Yes, the date on statement ending are also correct.

The problem is that on both my QB register and the QB reconciling page all the transactions line up... but it is still saying a $740 difference and not letting me finalize the reconcile. Also, the statement ending date and opening balance are all correct. Again, because I have reconciled everything with my bank statements.

I have tried to connect with the messaging platform numerous times and it has yet to connect me to an agent. It remains at "You will be connected in 5 minutes". Any other advice?
