If the two small deposits to verify account have not been received what action do I need to take?

QB contacted me by email to inform me of the two small deposits to verify my funding account. I’ve double checked twice and I’ve double checked the information in QB. The deposits have not posted to my funding account as the dates that are specified in the email. Should I wait a few more days or do I need to contact QB asap?

I appreciate you adding your first post, @countesscapital. I'll guide you with the right actions so you can verify your account successfully.

Once you've completed the activated process, you'll see the two small amounts debited from your bank account within 2-3 banking days. If the transactions aren't posted for the said time, you may reach out to QuickBooks Team to verify and review your account further.

When you see the deposits in your account, go back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions. I'm adding these articles as your guides:

  1. Click on Banking, then QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Verify bank. Some banks don't require verification. Instead, you can just select Add to connect your bank.
  3. Enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks. The order doesn't matter.
  4. Hit Confirm.

You may also open this article for more information: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.

If this is about the payroll direct deposit activation, see this link as your guide: Verify your bank account for payroll.

If the two small deposits to verify account have not been received what action do I need to take?

No worries; I'd already completed all of those steps. The small deposits were apparently late by a day or four. This could have been due to my bank's policies a/o behaviors. On the night that I posted this question the two credits and the counter balance (summated) debit were posted; all good thank you for your response

All good Angelyn_T; Thank you; I'd completed these steps prior to the post. The credits and debits hadn't posted to my account. They were off by a day or four; the two credits and the counterbalance (summated) debit posted that night after I posted my question. They took a little longer to post than what QB stated; this was most likely due to my bank's policies. All good! Thank you again .
