Welcome to the Community. I'd be happy to show you how to import data from other accounts.
You can import Customer, Vendor, Items, Chart of Accounts, etc. data from other accounts into QuickBooks Online. This can be done through Excel files. Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Import Data.
3. Choose the type of data you'd like to import.
4. Browse for the file you'd like to upload.
5. Click Next in the bottom right corner.
