How do you know? And if they are "diligently working to identify and resolve the underlying cause" why haven't they completed this work after 10 days?

I'm willing to bet I know why, and that's 'cause they're not actually working on it.

Hi, Rdavy. Thank you for joining the thread.

For the fastest resolution, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They can run a real-time diagnostics and walk you through the required steps needed to successfully turn on Purchase Orders (POs).

Here’s how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to QBO and click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Help window, go to the Search tab and select Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Type your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose Callback or Chat to connect with a representative.

Please leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
