Is anyone having problems with new projects not being editable? I have entered several new projects, but I cannot add transactions not are they showing up in TSheets.

I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no records of new projects not being editable.
I tested this in my test drive account and upon creating a new project, I was able to edit it/add transactions.

It's possible this could be a browser related problem. Browsing applications store temporary internet files, but sometimes these records can cause issues on certain web pages. To check this, you can open a private window and try repeating the same process to see if it works.

In the event you're still unable to edit project records, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary. You can contact them while signed in.
Here's how: 1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk. 4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
Make sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
