You may consider using QB Desktop US version with a one time license. You can purchase a license of QB Desktop Pro 1 user for $300 directly or $200 thru a partner/reseller. Should you need to run the multi user mode, you may deploy a private cloud to let your mobile users access the data file by internet connection.

Otherwise, you may purchase QB Online Global version for Pakistan.
