Is Quicken On Line shutting down April 20

They also have a Community website as we have her in QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. Go to the Quicken Help page.
2. Click Community at the upper right corner. 
3. Then, sign in or register.

Afaik, Quicken Online is not dead yet. The company is still in business. Offering their software — not as a product but as a service. It requires subscription, euphemistically “membership,” that renews automatically on an annual basis. If the subscriber turns-off the automatic renewal, then at the end of their subscription period they loose functionality — including but not limited to the financial institution transaction download capabilities.
