Just signed up with Quickbooks on line and tried to sync with Square but not all information imported to Quickbooks, now what?

I'd like to begin by welcoming you to the QuickBooks Family. I'm here to help share some information about importing your Square sales into QuickBooks Online. 

 

It's possible that the information you're referring to is part of the limitations in importing. The importing limitations that you need to know are the following: 

  • None of the details of your customers’ information, such as name and email address, is imported.
  • This app provides limited multiple-location support.
  • A single unified summary view of your daily transactions is not provided. Instead, each transaction is automatically imported daily, one-by-one after it has posted.
  • Once a Square account is connected to a QuickBooks Online account and transactions have been imported, those transactions will not import again into any other QuickBooks Online account.
