Hello, I am just switching over from Desktop to online QB....
Best,

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
Thanks for switching over to QuickBooks Online, @eBikeStore.
Your linked bank and credit card account in QBDT will not automatically be linked to QBO for security reasons.
Let's get your bank and credit card connected to QuickBooks Online by adding it to the system. Here's how:
Here's an article that you can read to learn more about how you can manage your bank account and transactions: Banking and Bank Feeds for QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted in the comments if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.
Tried that, it didn't work. The Line of Credit account and the Checking account are still linked.
Hello Katherine,
The Line of Credit account and the Checking account appear to be linked at the bank, so selecting one of them selects both of them. Not sure how to correct.
Hi Wake,
Thank you for following the steps that Katherine shared above. It would be best to have our QBO support team take a look at your account. They have access to additional tools and resources that can help them gather more information and investigate this behavior.
Alternatively, you can download your transactions from your bank's website using a Web connect file and import them to QuickBooks. This file should be in a format that is compatible with QBO's import feature, such as a .qbo or .csv file. Once you have it, you can go to the Banking page in QuickBooks and use the Upload file option to import your transactions. Learn more about manually uploading transactions.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind. Take care and enjoy your weekend!
