Hi,
I am trying to select a bill to mark as paid from a downloaded bank transaction and QuickBooks will not let me. The display is scrunched up and when I maximize the window, I can see the transaction, but cannot select it. What shall I do?

With QuickBooks Desktop, the default compatibility mode in High DPI settings for Windows is 96. Once the setting goes higher than the default, then some unexpected issues will occur. Examples are the following:

After that, open QuickBooks and select the bill to mark as paid. If it works, then you're good to go.
