Missing Transactions July-Nov 23 Chase Banking and CC . How do I get these back to QBOL?

I'm missing July-Nov 2023 from Chase Banking and CC linked accounts . How do I get these back without having to manually upload? I did not sign in in 2023 in the fall. When I signed in in Jan 2024, the QBOL alerts asked me to resync these accounts. Thanks for your help.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround

Missing Transactions July-Nov 23 Chase Banking and CC . How do I get these back to QBOL?

Hello there, Veciana. I'm here to guide you on how to get the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you receive an alert to resync your account, it may indicate that the connection was interrupted. In this case, you can follow the instructions in the alert to resync your account. Afterward, you can refresh your bank or credit card account connection by manually clicking the Update button in the Bank Transactions tab. This will automatically download all available transactions.

On the other hand, it's important to note that some banks allow QuickBooks to download transactions for up to 90 days, while others may go back as far as 24 months. If there are still missing transactions after updating your bank account, you may need to import them manually into the program. To do this, you'll need a CSV file of these transactions from your bank. Once you have the file, follow the steps below to import it:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click the Link account dropdown and select Upload from file.
  3. Select Drag and drop or select files, then choose the file you downloaded from your bank, and click Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue.
  6. Select the transactions you like to import. Then select Continue.
  7. Click Yes, then Done.
