Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @tashdown.
I'm here to help you resolve your concern about multi-currency in QuickBooks Online.
Plentiful cache files on your browser can sometimes cause a problem like being unable to see the option to change your currency.
With this, I'd recommend doing some essential tricks to get rid of the dilemma. To start, please log in to your account via incognito. These browsers won't save any browsing histories.
Feel free to use these shortcut keys:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once logged in, re-check and re-run the said report above to confirm it's already functioning appropriately. If it's, I'd advise you to go back to your standard browser and clear the cache. Deleting your cache and history may clear up some room on your computer and eliminate some issues.
If it doesn't work, I do recommend contacting our Support Team this time to get the issue reported to our engineers.
This link will take you to the payments support page, where you can select your service and the proper contact channel: Contact Support
Reach out to us during our operations hours. You will see it here: Support hours and type.

Keep me posted if you have other concerns about currencies. I'm happy to present an explanation and resolution. Keep safe.
I have called support twice and they have been of no help. We are having this problem on multiple computers so clearing the cache will not help. I have used different browsers, opened in incognito and still nothing.
I was told they "think" this option was removed. If it was actually removed it makes no sense to me. In order to pay bills in a different currency you MUST have the option the change the exchange rate. The system is not even calculating the preset rate set up in the system.
I'm hoping someone can help as this is an integral part of our business.
This is how the screen is supposed to look like...however I now have no option to change the rate after I select a foreign currency.
Hi, @tashdown.
I appreciate you for providing a screenshot and for performing the troubleshooting steps instructed to isolate the exchange rate calculation in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I want to ensure you'll get a resolution as quickly as possible so you can process your foreign entries as before.
I understand that you've already connected with our Support Team for assistance, however, I'd suggest getting back to them again to isolate the issue. This way, a live agent can open the previous cases you had and run an investigation for this behavior.
