I'm here to help and share some information regarding adding 2020 transactions from your PayPal account into QuickBooks Self-Employed, userrobertlempke.

Once you connect your PayPal account into QuickBooks Self-Employed, the system will download the last 90 days of your transactions. To import your January 2020 statements, you can use the WebConnect files from your bank.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose select Imports.

  2. From the connected bank list, click on Import older transactions or use the import transactions link at the bottom.

  3. Tap on the Browse button and follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.

  4. Hit Import.

You can refer to this write-up for detailed information about this process: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once imported, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

Let me know the result of this troubleshooting in the comment below. I need to make sure you're able to add your last year's transactions in QuickBooks. I'll be around to help if you need additional assistance.
