My Bank transactions from 9.14.19 to 11.20.19 aren’t showing up in my self-employed account?

I am having the same problem and support says it only downloads the last 90 days but last year I got the whole year at once at the end of the year. This year I started 2019 taxes this weekend. I got the first six months of 2019 and can't find the rest of the year even tho QBs says it's downloaded...

Welcome to the Community, @rwbement.

Filters can be the reason some of your bank transactions won't show up in your QuickBooks account. We'll need to verify it by opening the transactions menu.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account and choose the Transactions menu.
  2. From the Type drop-down, choose Unreviewed and Uncategorized.
  3. Under the Account drop-down, select the bank where the transactions are recorded.
  4. Then, choose Last year from the Date drop-down.

If you're still don't show your transactions, I suggest downloading a copy of these entries from the bank using a CSV file. Once finished, import it inside QuickBooks. I'll show you how:

  1. Choose the Gear icon, select Imports.
  2. Click the bank account and choose Import older transactions under the Action column.
  3. Follow the succeeding steps to import the file.

I've added this article for more details: Import transactions from other sources

For future reference, feel free to check out this article QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview article. It contains links to the processes you can perform using the product.

THis is what is so freaking frustrating about this back/forth primitive communication system. I DID try to use a CSV but the "debit/credit" column is all one. I can't separate them. I can't find the transactions or the upload to the system.

WHY was I able to get the first 6 months (older transactions) from my bank, 2 days ago, but I cannot get the last 6 months of the year? Why is this so hard this time? I got the whole year at once, last year. NOT 90 days only. This will be my last year using your accounting system.

Let me ease your confusion, Outlier53.

Our software is dependable on what your bank shares. Some financial institution is limited to 90 days worth of transactions when you first connect it while others can provide more.

You can check the articles Rubielyn_J provided to better guide you with importing the old transactions.

Once they're added, you can categorize the transactions already.
