I've got some insights to share regarding the funding time for QuickBooks Payments.

 

Bank deposit usually reach into your account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. It varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution your client choose for transactions to be deposited in. This also depends on how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

 

The estimated wait time for credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.

 

Since the payment is still not deposited within the given length of time, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to pull up your account information. They can further assist with determining the details of the transaction and why it hasn't been deposited into your account.

Thank you for letting me know. Other payments I have had are deposited within 24 hours. I have held on while waiting 45 minutes (twice) to connect with Quickbooks support.  International transactions are processed within 48 hours.

 

This delay is unacceptable and detrimental to businesses.

Other transactions have been processed within 24 hours. The more than 10-day delay is unacceptable and not an option for any business.

 

I have called the support number twice and hung up after 30 mins. Nobody has the time to chase payment like this and we should not have to. This is NOT a solution and is inexcusable.

 

Even international money transfers are processed in 48 hours. QB has been around for more than 20 years but I am finding that it is still clunky. Disappointed.

I can see that this is already more than 7 days turn around time and I want you to be assisted real time by contacting our Phone Care Team. They have the tools to verify what is the status of that transaction and investigate further if this is an issue in QuickBooks or your bank.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. In your Quickbooks Online company, click on the Help button.
  2. Select Contact Us and enter ACH transaction delayed to more than 10 days.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose to Get a callback or Start a chat.
  4. Enter your details so to continue the transaction and click Submit or Confirm my call.

 

Support team's availability was limited to Monday-Friday 6 A.M to 6 P.M due to COVID-19.
