When you first connect your credit card account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), it downloads past transactions up to a certain date. After this, QBO will automatically download the most recent transactions.
Additionally, please note that QBO doesn't download pending transactions. It only downloads transactions that have been fully processed and are officially posted on the bank's website.
