Good day, @info.

Are you using QuickBooks Payments to receive payments from your customers? If so, I'd suggest checking the email address you used to sign in to the Merchant Service Center. You'll receive an email from our QuickBooks Merchant team if your payment is on hold.

This also contains the specific steps to fix any issues with your account. Follow the steps in the email as soon as possible. Once they have everything, it will usually take two business days to complete their review. After that, they can finish processing the payment.

For additional reference, you can check out this resource: Why are my funds on hold?

Please also know that there's no need to verify your account once you sign up for QuickBooks Payments. You'll only need to do this if you want to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Checking

In addition, you can review our Merchant Services Agreements page if you need to know about QuickBooks Payments terms and conditions.

If you have further questions about QuickBooks Payments, just add them to the thread. We'll be here to help. Have a good one.
