My money been batched out and it not showing up in my account

The batch deposit depends on your deposit speeds, scootershomereno.

If you're a new user, QuickBooks usually deposit your first set of payments within five (5) business days.

You'll want to check your deposit speed for your product. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

You can learn more information in this article about when Quickbooks deposits customer payments

Also, I've attached some resources which provide further insights about processing transactions, funding time frames, and funds on hold:

Thanks for following the suggested steps above, @scootershomereno.

I do appreciate you getting in touch with our customer support to get things sorted out.

Deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. This same goes with credit card processing and bank transfers. If you are new to QuickBooks Payments, your initial batch will be delayed up to 5 business days.

On the other hand, you can also check the status of processed payments from QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Get paid & pay and select the Deposits.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

You'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.

If there's an issue with a deposit, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. Select the arrow ▼ in the Fee column to review details. You'll get an email from Intuit with steps to fix the problem.

If you checked the payment status and we deposited the payments, that means your money is on its way. Also, keep in mind that some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. I'd recommend reaching out to them to verify your deposit status.

If there are no problem with your financial institution, reach out again to our QuickBooks Merchant Service Team. This way, they can perform a further investigation and trace the cause of the issue.
