Deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. This same goes with credit card processing and bank transfers. If you are new to QuickBooks Payments, your initial batch will be delayed up to 5 business days.
On the other hand, you can also check the status of processed payments from QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
You'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.
If there's an issue with a deposit, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. Select the arrow ▼ in the Fee column to review details. You'll get an email from Intuit with steps to fix the problem.
If you checked the payment status and we deposited the payments, that means your money is on its way. Also, keep in mind that some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. I'd recommend reaching out to them to verify your deposit status.
If there are no problem with your financial institution, reach out again to our QuickBooks Merchant Service Team. This way, they can perform a further investigation and trace the cause of the issue.
