There are a couple of ways to retrieve your product info. First, you can log into CAMPS.
This will give you the license and product information you need. You can also get that info from this link. All you need is your business phone number or email.

Thank you. For clarity, I have my information in an email that was sent directly after purchase. The issue is that the numbers don't work. When I copy them in it says "invalid". IN addition, when I head to the link you provided for CAMP it gives me a BAD GATEWAY error.

The issue is that when I copy them into the registration window, I receive a message that says the numbers are invalid. I have tried multiple times to ensure I am entering the correct numbers. In addition, when I click on the CAMP link provided, I receive a BAD GATEWAY error message.
