I understand the importance of having your receipts ready, wmlawnservice. I'm here to assist and ensure we get this sorted as quickly as possible.

 

To start, verify if another user in the company has uploaded a receipt by checking the audit log for any other activities. If you are the only one with access, you can proceed with browser troubleshooting.  

 

Log in to your account using a private or incognito window to create invoices. This mode doesn't save site data and browsing history. Here are shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Edge: Press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If the error is now gone, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies, as this can improve performance in QuickBooks Online. If this same thing happens, you can switch to other supported browsers to prevent unexpected behavior in QBO.
