New transactions from my bank account aren't showing in QB as of 4/7. The balance is syncing & pending transactions appear, but then vanish when posted. How do I fix it?

We'll have to run a manual update to ensure the transactions are updated. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Bank accounts.
3. Click Refresh all.

If it didn't make any difference and your transactions are still missing, you might be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll have to perform basic steps to fix it. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to isolate web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If transactions are downloaded using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. 

Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

Thank you so much for your help! Unfortunately, none of those things worked. I tried refreshing (several times) without any change. I tried using a private browser session and tried using a different browser. None of those made any difference. I’m still seeing an updated bank balance and new pending items, but all posted bank transactions since 4/7 (which are visible in my bank account when I log on to my bank’s website) are missing in Quickbooks. Do you have any other ideas of what I can try?

I'd suggest reaching out to our QBSE Support team to have this better checked. They have tools to determine what's preventing your bank transactions from showing up on QuickBooks.

Here's how to contact them:

1. Click Assistant from the top bar.
2. Ask general questions if you want to chat or enter Talk to a human.

You may also consider bringing in transactions via a CSV file, then import them to the system. 

1. Go to the Settings icon in the upper-right corner and select Imports.
2. Look for the connected bank account and click Import older transactions under the ACTION column.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish importing process.
4. Select Import.
