If it didn't make any difference and your transactions are still missing, you might be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll have to perform basic steps to fix it. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to isolate web issues. These are the shortcut keys:
If transactions are downloaded using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program.
Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

Thank you so much for your help! Unfortunately, none of those things worked. I tried refreshing (several times) without any change. I tried using a private browser session and tried using a different browser. None of those made any difference. I’m still seeing an updated bank balance and new pending items, but all posted bank transactions since 4/7 (which are visible in my bank account when I log on to my bank’s website) are missing in Quickbooks. Do you have any other ideas of what I can try?
