online bill pay option disappeared as a payment method option
Hi there, Jgmed1.
Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing troubleshooting steps to ensure you'll be able to see the Online bill pay option as a payment method in QuickBooks Desktop.

Thank you for your quick reply. I also received a notification from Melio Support indicating that they obtained the same problem issues from other users, and they were looking into it. Should I wait to hear from them before verifying and rebuilding data?
Thanks for your help.
Thanks for getting back to us, @Jgmed1.
