Hi there, Raul. Let me provide another way to successfully upload your credit card transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can login to your QBO account using any private/incognito browser.

The following are the shortcut keys below:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our support team. They can securely access your account and perform further investigation to identify the cause of the problem.

In the meantime, you can manually upload to bring your recent credit card transactions.

Here's how: 

1. In your QBO account, go to Transactions. Then, click Bank transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
3. Click the Link account dropdown, then select Upload from file.
4. Select Drag and drop or select files and locate the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, tap Continue.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Continue.
6. Select the transactions you like to import. Then click Continue.
7. Hit Yes, then hit Done.
