There's an ongoing investigation about PayPal not syncing with QuickBooks. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible. 

 

For now, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users in this investigation. Once added, you'll automatically receive an email notification with the latest updates.

 

Here's how you can reach out to us:

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
