I too appear to be experiencing a Green Dot Scam - A Green Dot checking account THAT I DID NOT APPLY FOR OR OPEN showed up in my QB account, and QB switched my default merchant services account to this account - which had received money from customer payments...  Quickbooks has no system logs of creating this checking account, and I can't get in touch with anyone at Green Dot to close the account.  I was only alerted that this account was open ON THE WEEKEND by Norton Lifelock that my credit had been accessed to open a checking account.    Trying to figure out how to close the account and how it was opened in the first place.
