QB Payroll Set up

Why do I have to add my bank information in QuickBooks Online Payroll to complete set up? I plan to pay my employees with a paper check. Is there any way to over-ride this?

Over-riding the process of entering your bank information is currently unavailable. You'll want to enter your bank details and choose a paper check when paying your employees.
