QBO not updating from by US Bank accounts, for 3 days, but thinks it has (says All caught up!)

I just checked with my Accountant's office and she said she is seeing this with other clients as well. Was hoping QBO would take care of it asap! (Possibly due to a recent update QBO did?)

Thank you...for now I got resolution and the problem may have been a Firefox glitch with my US Bank, online login. It has also been "stuck" and once I found a work-around, and went back to QBO my update also came through okay.

I want to ensure your US Bank transactions are updated/imported into QuickBooks Online.

 

I can see that there are reported issues about missing transactions with US Bank. Our engineers are now working to identify the cause to provide a solution and fix the issue. For the time being, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. This way, a representative can add your account/name to the list of affected users in this investigation (INV-54779). Once added, you'll automatically receive email notification of the latest updates.

 

For the support's contact information, you can open this link and select QuickBooks Online.

 

If you need to bring the missing transactions into QuickBooks, you may upload an Excel CSV file. For your reference, you can open these articles:

 

 

Moreover, here's how you can add, match, categorize your downloaded transactions and exclude duplicate entries.

For me, one one u.s. bank account has not updated since January! I've spoke to representatives, messaged people online, and literally nothing has worked! Their customer service has absolutely gone down the tubes. I am a business owner and this is totally screwed me so I can't balance my books which defeats the whole purpose of why I'm paying for a service in the first place. I completely regret ever getting wrapped up with QuickBooks in the first place because they have put me in an absolute mess and I will likely have to start over with a completely new service now.

The investigation of US Bank Missing Transactions has been resolved for QuickBooks Online Bank Feeds. If you are still experiencing this unexpected behavior, we would ask you to reach out to your online support team for further assistance.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Choose a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.

I did reach out.... many times. Many hours spent, many representatives later, many promises... absolutely nothing is solved. My account has not been updated since January 18th!! I have a quarterly taxes to file. It seems a little criminal that I pay you but can't use your service to balance my books. The representatives are out of ideas or don't have an idea in the first place, they can't figure out and they also can't lead me to somebody who does have any answers. Absolutely terrible!

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. If the same error persists, the problem is on your bank.
